基于全要素协同的高碳产业低碳化创新系统研究
Low Carbon Development of High Carbon Industries Based on Factors Synergy
【摘要】 高碳产业低碳化是改变经济发展方式、提高经济增长质量和效益的迫切要求,也是推进节能减排、积极应对全球气候变化的需要。从产业创新理论视角,提出了基于全要素协同的高碳产业低碳化创新系统的构建方式,进而提出推进高碳产业低碳化创新系统建设的策略。
【Abstract】 Lagging capacity should be eliminated in order to transfer economy development pattern and raise economy growth and profit.This is also the demand to promote energy-saving and emission-reducing,and to interact with changing global climate.The paper studied the mechanism of innovation system among the high-carbon industries,and proposed the Complex-Multidimensional systems of the low-carbon industrial innovation,in the end,the new policies proposal to be proposed.
