【摘要】 以我国华南地区高技术企业为调查对象,探讨关系镶嵌、结构镶嵌与创新绩效的关系。研究结果表明:厂商与供应商、顾客建立的关系镶嵌对企业创新绩效有正向影响关系;厂商与供应商、顾客建立的结构镶嵌对企业创新绩效有正向影响关系;在产业网络中,厂商与供应商和顾客关系镶嵌越紧密,结构镶嵌对企业创新绩效的影响就越显著。研究结论支持了企业加强产业内网络关系建设以提升创新绩效的观点。更多还原

【Abstract】 The relationships among relational embeddedness,structural embeddedness and innovation performance are discussed with samples from High-tech firms in South China.The results show that the relational embeddedness between firms’ suppliers and customers has a positive impact on innovation performance,the structural embeddedness between firms,suppliers and customers has a positive impact on innovation performance,and the closer the firms’ relational embeddedness with their suppliers and customers is in the industry network,the more notably the firms’ structural embeddedness influences on firms’ innovation performance.The findings support the view that firms can improve their innovation performances by strengthening the construction of their relationships in the industry network.更多还原
