【摘要】 目的:观察高盐日粮对KM小鼠繁殖性能的影响。方法:小鼠120只,按1:1雌雄配对,将60对小鼠随机分成3组(对照组、实验Ⅰ组、实验Ⅱ组),每组20对;在基础日粮中分别添加0.5%、1%、2%的食盐配制成0号料、Ⅰ号料、Ⅱ号料,分别饲喂三组实验小鼠,雌雄同居10日后,分开饲养,仍喂相同饲料,观察其繁殖性能。待全部仔鼠离乳后雌雄再同居10日,雌雄分开,观察第二窝繁殖。结果:高盐日粮对小鼠繁殖性能的影响较大,产仔数、离乳数、仔鼠离乳成活率均低于对照组,尤其是对仔鼠生长影响明显,高盐日粮组仔鼠成活率仅41%,对照组成活率84%。结论:高盐日粮对小鼠繁殖性能有较大影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to investigate effect of excess salt dietary on reproductive performance of KM mouse.Methods:120 mice(male 60,female 60),1:1 to pair.The 60 pairs were divided into 3 groups(Control Group,Experimental Group I,Experimental Group II) randomly,with 20 pairs in each.0.5%,1%,2% salt were added to the basic dietary to prepare dietary No.o,No.I and No.II,separately feeding the three groups of mice.After cohabiting for 10 days,the female and male mice were separated,fed with the same dietary,and the reproductive performance was observed.After weaning of all the offsprings,the female and male mice cohabited for 10 days and then they were separated.The reproductive performance of the second litter was observed.Result:the litter size,ablactational rate,the survival rate of the offspring mice of experimental group I and experimental group II were lower than that of the control group,with remarkable effect on the growing of the offspring mice.The survival rate of the excess salt dietary groups is only 41%,while in the control group,84%.Conclusion:the excess salt dietary has great effect on reproductive performanc of mice.更多还原
