【摘要】 在分析企业IT服务需求的基础上,对实施BSM的难点进行剖析,提出适合我国企业实施BSM的成功关键因素。

【Abstract】 On the basis of analyzing IT service demand,the paper explores the difficulty of implementing BSM,and puts forward the key factors for success.
