【摘要】 自我国将"科技创新"作为行业科研建设的重要组成部分以来,国家为其建设和发展投入了大量的资源,短时间内在不同的领域里获得了丰硕的科研成果,同时也出现了一些因重复投入和建设而导致的资源浪费问题。针对这些问题,选取了我国11个省市关于某个行业某一研发基地在科研领域2008年的投入、产出值,采用DEA数据包络分析方法,对其在科研建设的绩效方面进行评价,找出优势与问题所在。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since our country took the "scientific and technological innovation" as a very important part of industry research construction,a lot of resources have been devoted.The result showed that the industry research construction grew rapidly in a short time and got a lot of achievements in different fields.On the other hand,it also appeared some prodigal problems in the duplicate investment and construction.So,the paper selected the inputs and outputs data in 2008 of the one special industry’s research place from 11 different provinces and cities.With DEA data envelopment analysis,the paper evaluated the performance of scientific research and found the advantages and problems.更多还原
