【摘要】 企业技术中心作为企业内部特殊的技术性组织,对企业创新绩效的影响需要进行理论和实证分析。选取组织、竞争、技术和政策四个维度对企业技术中心对企业创新绩效的影响机理进行分析并提出若干假设,通过利用河南省跨行业的企业技术中心数据运用灰色关联度和微观计量建模方法进行检验,得出结论:企业技术中心及其认定对企业提高创新绩效具有正效应;但企业技术中心及其认定的相关变量对企业创新绩效的影响在不同行业的显著性和相关性存在着较大差异,因此企业和政府在制定相关政策时需要考虑到行业差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Technology center of enterprise,as a special technological organization in the corporation,needs to have an analysis in theory and practice on its affection.The article has four dimensions:organization,competition,technology and policy for the study and builds an econometrics’model with some hypotheses.Then it gets conclusions by using the data of technology center of enterprise in Henan Province with the method of Gray Relational Analysis and Micro Econometrics:technology center of enterprise and its cognizance have the positive effect in improving the innovation performance,but the relative variables have the different significances in different industries,so the enterprise and government need to review the characteristics of the different industries when formulating policies.更多还原
