【摘要】 高等职业教育发展,从某种程度上说,取决于产学结合,应当充分利用行业资源,面向市场,以培养高素质的劳动者和应用能力强的技能型人才为目标。从以区域行业市场需求为导向设置专业、加强与区域行业合作交流以及校企结合人才培养机制的建立等三个方面对高职人才培养进行了探讨,并结合淮安信息职业技术学院的办学实践进行了论述,对如何加强与行业合作,探索高职人才培养模式提出了相应的对策和思路,以期为同行提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of higher vocational education,in some way,lies in the college-enterprise cooperation.We should take full advantage of industry resources to train high-caliber laborers and strong applicable skills talents.In this paper,we set the regional industry market demand as our specialty,strengthen the cooperation with regional industry and establish the mechanism of college-enterprise cooperation in talents training.The paper proposes some countermeasures in strengthening the cooperation with regional industry,which may provide references for coterie.更多还原
