高校科研辅助人员队伍的现状与对策建议——以中国农业大学为例
Situation and Suggestion about Supporting Staff of Scientific Research in University——Taking CAU as an Example
【摘要】 分析学校科研辅助人员队伍的现状以及存在的问题,提出要高度重视科研辅助人员在科研工作中的重要性、做好科研辅助人员队伍建设的统一规划和科学设岗工作、建立科学合理的评价体系等若干建议。
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of situation and problems about supporting staff of scientific research in CAU,this paper puts forward some suggestions about paying much attention to supporting staff,perfecting talent construction program and building scientific evaluation system,etc.
