【摘要】 本文针对科技信息资源整合的模式进行了探讨,提出了按照总分总的建设思路,建立从国家到地方纵横交错的信息资源平台,即纵向从国家到地方分级建设科技信息资源平台,采用从中心到节点的方式将各级平台聚合;横向采用从总站到分站的方式,实现区域内资源的整合汇聚,更好地实现信息共享。本文还提出了对各级平台网站建设的具体措施和技术实现的思路,并就相关的机制建立进行了探讨。更多还原
