【摘要】 目的:探讨调对楔状缺损充填后远期临床疗效的影响。方法:楔状缺损牙常规充填后应用随机排列表法分为两组:调组与对照组,分别在治疗后12个月和24个月时应用改良的USPHS系统对楔状缺损充填物的固位、色泽协调性、边缘密合性、边缘着色等各项指标进行评价并进行统计学分析。结果:随访12个月时,楔状缺损充填物的各项临床评价标准中,各项指标在两组之间均不存在统计学差异(P>0.05),两组的成功率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。24个月时,各项指标中固位及边缘密合性在调组与对照组之间存在统计学差异(P<0.05),但色泽协调性、边缘着色等在两组之间均不存在统计学差异(P>0.05),调组的成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:调后楔状缺损充填治疗疗效优于不调患牙。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the influence of occlusion adjustment on the treatment effect of wedge-shapedd efect. Methods: The wedge-shaped defect teeth were filled regularly and divided into two groups randomly: occlusion adjustment group and control group. The restorations were evaluated using modified USPHS system 12 months and 24 months after treatment. Each index was examined and recorded and the results were analyzed statistically. Results: No significant differ-ences were observed between two groups after 12 months later. Statistically significant differences were observed between two groups for the retention and marginal adaptation of the restoration at 24 months after treatment (P<0.05). But no signifi-cant difference was found for the other evaluated categories. The success rate of restoration of occlusion adjustment group was higher than the control group. Conclusions: Occlusion adjustment may elevate the success rate of wedge-shaped defect restoration.更多还原
