根管壁缺损对玻璃纤维桩修复体疲劳强度的影响

【摘要】 目的:观察根管壁缺损模式对预成玻璃纤维桩修复体疲劳强度的影响。方法:收集18颗离体上中切牙,均分为3组。截冠后将根管壁预备为重度、中度、轻度3种不同的缺损模式,用玻璃纤维桩修复样本后测试其疲劳强度和残余抗折强度。结果:轻度缺损组疲劳强度最高,重度缺损组次之,中度缺损组疲劳强度最低(P<0.05)。轻度缺损组的残余抗折强度为383.80±138.94N。结论:根管壁缺损模式对预成玻璃纤维桩修复体的抗疲劳强度有一定影响。颈部根管壁薄弱会降低玻璃纤维桩修复体的疲劳强度。

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the influence of defect modes on the fatigue strength of glass fiber post restoration. Methods: Collected 18 intact maxillary central incisors and divided into 3 groups (n=6). The crowns were removed and prepared into 3 defect types: severe damage, moderate damage, and slight damage. All the roots were restored with glass fiber posts and tested the fatigue strength. Then tested the residual strength of survival specimens. Results: slight damaged group demonstrated the best result and severe damaged group had less fatigue strength than slight damaged group. Moderately damaged group had the worst fatigue strength(P<0.05). The residual strength of slight group is 383.80±138.94N. Conclusion: The root defect modes affect the fatigue strength of the fiber post restoration. Weakened cervical root canal decreases the fatigue strength of glass fiber restoration.
