【摘要】 目的:考察黄芩苷固体分散体片剂的制备与溶出度测定。方法:采用研磨法将辅料和黄芩苷混匀制成分散体,直接压片法制备黄芩苷分散片,利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定其溶出度。结果:黄芩苷质量浓度在10～100μ/mL的范围内,质量浓度与峰面积响应值呈良好线性关系,平均回收率100.60%,RSD=1.96%;溶出度测定结果显示120min时溶出均大于75%。结论:该法制备工艺简单,易于操作,溶出度准确可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the preparation of baicalin dispersible tablet and determination of its dissolution rate.Methods:The excipients and baicalin were blended into a stable homogeneous mixture by using trituration.The tablets was prepared by using direct compression process and the dissolution of the tablets was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method.Results:The baicalin was provided with a good linear range of 10~100μ/mL;the average recovery was 100.60% and RSD of 1.96%;the cumulative dissolution percentage exceeded 75% in 120 min.Conclusion:The preparation method is simple and easy to operate.The dissolution result was stable and reliable.更多还原
