【摘要】 目的保存纵折后牙,探讨如何提高保存治疗成功率。方法采用Super-bond C&B粘结系统对39例完全纵折后牙进行粘结固定后全冠修复。结果 39例纵折后牙修复治疗6个月复查失败3例,修复成功与修复失败分布有明显差别(P=0.028<0.05),12个月随访另有4例失败但修复成功与修复失败分布有明显差别(P=0.020<0.05)。12个月修复成功纵折后牙保存率为87.5%。结论 Super-bond C&B粘结剂口外粘结纵折牙后行全冠修复,对纵折后牙保存治疗具有较为满意的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the conservative treatment and therapeutic results of longitudinal fractures of the posterior teeth.Methods 39 completely vertically fractured teeth were involved in this research,and all the traumatic teeth were adhered together before further endodontic treatment using the Super-bond C& B adhesive system.Results All the patients were followed up for 1 year.The teeth were extracted due to failure in three patients after six months,Significant difference between success and failure(P=0.028<0.05).And six months later,4 cases were extracted due to failure,also have Significant difference between success and failure(P=0.020<0.05).and the rate of success at 12 months as 87.5%.Conclusions The Super-bond C& B adhesive system is a dental material in the fractured teeth treatment with satisfaction efficacy.更多还原
