我国铝土矿的综合利用研究

【摘要】 我国古风化壳型铝土矿常共生和伴生有多种矿产。用拜耳法或烧结法生产氧化铝时,多数伴生元素进入赤泥中,而部分钒、镓等转入铝酸盐溶液,在后续工序得到回收。目前,由于我国铝土矿共伴生的有益组分尚未得到充分的综合回收利用,造成了矿产资源极大的浪费和巨大的环境影响。应重视铝土矿资源的综合回收利用技术的研究和发展;建立铝土矿资源配置与综合开发利用水平相挂钩的机制;促进煤系地层铝土矿的勘查和开发。

【Abstract】 Ancient crust of weathering bauxite often has many paragenesis and associated minerals in China.Using Bayer method or sintering process to produce aluminum oxide,the most associated minerals enter into the red mud,and a partial vanadium,gallium and so on enter into the aluminate solution,they are recovered in the next several working procedures.At present,the beneficial paragenesis and associated components of bauxite are not yet fully utilized in China,the mineral resources are wasted enormously and the environment was affected.Great attention should be paid to the research and development of the comprehensive recovery and utilization technology of bauxite resources.The mechanism of bauxite resources disposition which links up the level of the comprehensive development and utilization should be established.And the investigation and development of bauxite in coal formation can be promoted.
