【摘要】 口岸传染性疾病和食物中毒事件时有发生,而且随着口岸生物、化学和核与辐射恐怖事件处置纳入检验检疫局职能,对卫生检疫工作提出更高的要求。在取得明显能力提升的基础上,存在的不足仍然明显。该文在分析不足的基础上提出相关措施,明确全面提升卫生检疫核心能力为最佳途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Infectious diseases and food poisoning incidents occur from time to time at the port.As the inspection and quarantine bureau assuming the responsibility of handling port biological,chemical,nuclear and radiological emergency,health quarantine faces higher requirements.The deficiencies are still evident despite the fact that emergency coping capacities have been significantly improved.Based on the analysis of these deficiencies,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and makes it clear that the best way is health quarantine core capacity building.更多还原
