【Abstract】 Objective The process of the optimal extraction for Xiangshapingwei granules was investigated in this paper. Methods The orthogonal test was employed for selecting the optimum of extraction process and the contents of Magnolol were detected by HPLC. Results The best extraction process was that the extraction time was 2 h ,adding 18 times of 65% alcohol and extraction for 3 times. Conclusion The method was reasonable and feasible.更多还原
