【Abstract】 Acute myocardial infarction is one of the major diseases which lead to death and disability worldwide.ECG is the most commonly used clinical detection to diagnose myocardial ischemia and myocardial infarction.Universal Definition of Myocardial Iinfarction Promulgated by ESC,ACCF,AHA,WHF in 2007 and then the new standard of diagnosing myocardial ischemia/infarction was formulated in Recommendations for the Standardization and Interpretation of the Electrocardiogram in 2009 by AHA,ACCF,HRS.It is meaningful to study the "redefinition",use the"new standards"to diagnose myocardial infarction and then guide the treatment.更多还原
