外墙外保温体系的温度场测试及对材料的影响
On survey of temperature field of external wall exterior insulation system and its influence on materials
【摘要】 基于温度场的基本理论,结合ANSYS软件、实体实验数据对外保温体系进行了热分析研究,通过热分析可以得到系统在温度场作用下的应力、应变结果,结果显示:苯板层的变形最大,而聚合物砂浆、瓷砖粘结剂为温度变化的最不利位置。
【Abstract】 Based on the basic theory of the temperature field,the paper,combining with the ANSYS software and the solid test data,undertakes the thermal analysis,and concludes the stress and strain result under the temperature field according to the thermal analysis,and it is concludes that there is maximum changes in benzene plate layer,while the polymer mortar and the tile adhesive locates in unfavorable position of the temperature changes.
