钢结构厚板层状撕裂及其防止措施的研究现状

【摘要】 层状撕裂是钢结构厚板中的一种脆性断裂形式,通常发生在十字形接头、T形接头和角接接头中。本文结合正在进行的《钢结构设计规范》(GB 50017-2003)的修订工作,对钢结构厚板的层状撕裂问题进行专门的研究综述。从钢材材质、接头应力状态及焊接工艺等三方面分析了层状撕裂的产生机理及其影响因素;并从钢材选材、结构接头设计、加工及焊接工艺措施等方面提出了防止钢结构厚板层状撕裂的技术措施。最后,简要介绍了国内外关于钢结构厚板层状撕裂的相关研究进展。本文对厚板钢材的选材及防止钢结构厚板的层状撕裂具有一定的指导意义。

【Abstract】 Lamellar tearing is a kind of brittle fracture in thick plate of steel structures, which usually occurs in cruciform, tee and corner joints. By reference to the ongoing emendation of National Standard "Code for Design of Steel Structures (GB 50017-2003)", a research review on lamellar tearing of thick steel plate was presented. Factors influencing the initiation and propagation of lamellar tearing, such as properties of steel materials, stress state of weld joint and welding process, were analyzed in this paper. Then some measures for preventing lamellar tearing were proposed from the aspects of steel material selection, joint detail design, fabrication and welding process. Finally, the progresses in the research of lamellar tearing at home and abroad were briefly introduced. It was expected that this paper might guide the selection of thick steel plate and the prevention of lamellar tearing in steel structures.
