城镇污水处理厂强化生物脱氮试验研究
Study on the enhanced bio-denitrification in municipal wastewater treatment plant
【摘要】 针对二级城镇污水处理厂提标改造时出水氮、磷指标很难同时达到一级A标准的实际情况,提出通过优化工艺运行参数,包括优先利用碳源进行生物脱氮、增加缺氧反硝化池容、降低回流混合液DO等方式,进行强化生物脱氮,首先使出水氮指标达到一级A标准,然后在深度处理单元采用化学方法除磷,使出水水质全面达到一级A标准。并通过生产性试验,探讨了强化生物脱氮的效果。试验结果表明,对于采用UNITANK工艺的污水处理厂,经过强化生物脱氮,出水氮指标能够稳定达到一级A的排放标准。
【Abstract】 According to the situation that the N and P indexes in the effluent of second grade municipal wastewater treatment plant can’t meet the demands for advancing reconstruction,the optimized operation parameters are put forward,including bio-denitrification preferentially with carbon source,enlarging the anoxic denitrification tank,decrease the recycling flow DO,and so on,to enhance the bio-denitrification,so the N concentration in effluent can meet the first class A,then through chemical dephosphorization in advanced treatment the effluent water quality will satisfy the first class A entirely. Through industrial experimentation,the effects of enhanced bio-dephosphorization are also discussed. The experiment results show that the wastewater treatment plant with UNITANK process will meet the first class A of the N concentration in effluent through enhanced bio-denitrificaion.
