【Abstract】 Based on the practice in the management of construction in Shanghai World Expo,analyses the procure-ment and pricing of VIK material and equipment in construction.The disadvantages of tender-based pricing for VIK are analyzed from VIK suppliers,the Expo Bureau and purchasers.The procedure of procurement for VIK ma-terial and equipment is concluded,and a case of procurement for steels is referred.更多还原
