新中国国际展览中心屋盖KK型节点试验研究及数值分析

【摘要】 GB 50017—2003《钢结构设计规范》对KK型主方支圆相贯节点形式尚无具体设计方法规定。以新中国国际展览中心工程为背景,对工程中涉及的2个复杂KK型主方支圆搭接节点试件进行了在设计荷载作用下的足尺静力试验。其中,试件1为节点域处主管设置加劲肋,试件2不设置加劲肋。试验研究了主管加劲肋对节点区域应力分布规律的影响。在试验过程中,2个试件均未进入屈服,仍处于弹性状态,在设计荷载作用下节点满足设计安全要求。同时,建立ANSYS有限元模型,将试验结果与计算结果进行了对比分析,验证了有限元模型的正确性;也对该类节点进行了弹塑性大变形分析,研究了节点的极限承载力和塑性区扩展过程,揭示了节点的破坏机理和破坏模式,探讨了几种主管加劲肋形式对节点极限承载力和破坏模式的影响,研究表明加劲肋能提高节点极限承载力,改善节点的受力状态。

【Abstract】 No detailed design guidance on KK-type joints consisting of chord with square hollow section and brace with circular hollow section can be found in current ’Code for design of steel structure’(GB 50017—2003).Two fullscale static test studies of the KK-type joints consisting of chord with square hollow section and brace with circular hollow section are experimental investigated,which was applied in the construction of New China International Exhibition Center.One of two specimens is arranged stiffened panel in the chord and the other is not arranged.The effect of the stiffeners on stress distribution law of joints is investigated.Two specimens are not gone into yielding and still at elastic stress state.Therefore,the safe requirement designed was met for strength of joints.The study,carried out using non-linear finite elements,first established the accuracy and the validity of the numerical procedure by comparing with test results.The ultimate capacity and development of plastic zone are analyzed.Failure mechanisms and modes of joints are also revealed.At last,Effects of several types of stiffeners,some included multiple stiffeners,on the ultimate capacity and failure mode are discussed.The results indicate that arrangement of stiffeners can enhance the strength and improve the stress state of joints.
