【摘要】 四川电力职业技术学院在创、建国家示范性高职院校过程中,开创"三三一五"模式推进学院顶岗实习,即三层次能力目标导向:通用能力、行业专门技能、综合能力;三阶段顶岗保障:体验式顶岗实习、技能应用型顶岗实习、准就业顶岗实习;一个ISO9001顶岗质量管理体系;五途径组织实施:签约单位顶岗实习、专业对口企业顶岗实习、特种专业技能顶岗培训、校内实训基地顶岗实习、"电力三下乡青春光明行",拓展了顶岗范围,构建起开放式教学体系,实现了学生、学校、企业、社会四方共赢的局面。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the establishment of a national demonstrating college,Sichuan Electric Vocational And Technical College initiate the "Three Three One Five" Mode to develop the college post-secondary apprenticeship program.The first "Three" are three targets which aims at generic ability,professional ability and comprehensive ability.The second "Three" are three kinds of post-secondary apprenticeship which are apprenticeship for experience,apprenticeship for applicable skill and apprenticeship for employment.The "one" is the ISO9001 quality control system.The "Five" are five ways to implement the program to realize a win-win situation for all the students,college,employer and the whole society.The first way is signing contract with company for post-secondary apprenticeship.The second way is supplying post-secondary apprenticeship at a profession position of major.The third way is supplying training of special professional skill.The forth way is supplying practical training basement in school.The fifth way is establishing an open education system.更多还原
