【Abstract】 In this article,the authors introduce the indicators as R&D input intensity,the relative R&D funding size,and the relative size of R&D personnel. According to the date that has been offered by "The 2009 Statistical Yearbook of Shandong Science and Technology",the R&D financial input levels of the municipalities in Shandong Province are compared; and on these bases,the municipalities in Shandong Province are classified in a scientific method in the light of the different R & D investment levels.更多还原
