【摘要】 保修期内进行预防性维修可以降低厂家保修费用,提高产品的可用度,延长产品使用寿命。老化产品的维修通常是不完全维修:产品维修后不能达到修复如新状态,但是故障率降低。假设产品经预防性维修后故障率恢复到某一特定值,以保修费用为目标建立基于改善因子的不完全预防性维修模型,并通过实例确定保修费用最低时的最佳维修间隔期。

【Abstract】 Preventive maintenance in warranty period could reduce warranty cost, improve availability of product, and prolong the life of product. The maintenance of a deteriorating product is often imperfect: the product after maintenance will be not as good as new, but younger. On the assumption that the failure rate of product after maintenance will improve to a fixed value, it built imperfect preventive maintenance models of the products using improvement factor. According to an example, optimal interval making cost minimization can be calculated.
