【摘要】 文章结合离散制造业生产工艺的特点及离散制造业实施ERP的重点,论述了实施ERP之前对企业信息化程度评估的重要性,综合国家信息化测评中心的基本指标和效能指标提出了评价离散制造企业信息化的指标体系,通过AHP法与模糊决策相结合的方法对指标体系进行综合评判,并以实例进行计算,得到的结果与调研结果相一致,证明了所建立的指标体系的可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,referring to the discrete manufacturing production process and the focus of the implementation of ERP discrete manufacturing industries, it discusses the importance of enterprise informatization degree evaluation before the implementation of ERP, and proposes the index system which evaluated discrete manufacturing enterprises informatization, integrating the basic indicators and performance indicators of National Information Evaluation Center, by means of combining AHP method and fuzzy decision method, evaluated comprehensively the index system and calculated with examples, and obtained the consistent results with empirical findings, proving the feasibility of the index system.更多还原
