【Abstract】 Grain problem is an important problem related to national economy and the people’s livelihood.At present,food crisis has swept the globe.China’s food situation is not optimistic.Heilongjiang province is the main area of producing grain and China’s important commodity grain production bases.The existing problems and the situation of our province grain safety production has been analyzed and researched.The strategies of giving full play to the advantages and making contribution of guaranteeing the country’s grain safety are presented.更多还原
