井下中央水泵房集中控制系统的设计与研究
Design and Study of Centralized Control System for Mine Central Water Pump House
【摘要】 针对目前井下中央水泵房内存在的操作过程繁琐、劳动强度大、水泵启动时间长、系统运行效率低等问题,设计出一种集中控制系统。该系统采用Siernens S7-300 PLC并结合各种传感器实时采集水泵系统的各运行参数,通过相应参数的检测,控制各类闸阀等执行器进行相关的操作,从而保证自动控制水泵的合理启停。同时通过现代通讯技术,采用工业以太网将中央泵房内水泵机组的运行状态和参数等信息上传到地面控制室,实现该系统的远程操作。最终实现水泵房集中控制系统的无人值守并在用电上实现"避峰填谷",从而保证安全生产。
【Abstract】 To the verbose operation,hard labour intensity,time-consuming water pump start-up,inefficient systems operation exists in the mine central water pump house,a centralized control system is designed.By using SIEMENS S7-300 PLC and transducer,the system can collect all kinds of running parameter.By testing corresponding parameter,the system controls each actuator such as sluice valve and so on to carry out some related operations.By using modern communication technology,and adopting ethernet network,machine set running state and parameter messages of the central water pump housere transferred to control room on the ground to achieve the syetem remote operation.Finally,the system can achieve functions of unattended and power valley-value period instead of peak-value period,and secure the manufacture.
