一种基于单元分类的钢铁企业煤气调度模型
Gas Scheduling Model Based on Unit Classification for Iron and Steel Enterprises
【摘要】 针对如何高效、合理利用煤气的问题,以国内某大型钢铁联合企业为背景,通过分析其煤气系统流程与结构,按照在生产过程中所起作用的不同,对各煤气用户进行单元分类处理,每一煤气用户所属的单元拥有相同的煤气产消特点或方式;基于此单元分类方法,提出了一种新的煤气调度模型,模型根据实际生产需求来制定各煤气用户统一的调度目标,并根据用户所属单元类别采用不同的约束条件;最后给出了数学规划形式的模型表达式和相应的约束方程,并给出了模型的求解和应用实例。
【Abstract】 To the problem of using gas efficiendy and reasonably,based on a domestic large-scale iron and steel joint enterprise,the processes and structures of gas system are analysed.The gas users are classified into different units according to user roles and functions in the production process.Each unit has the same characteristics of production or consumption mode.As a result of the unit classification method,a gas scheduling model is presented.The model obtains unified scheduling objectives of all gas users according to actual production requirements,and uses the distinct constraint conditions in the light of the user unit class.The model and constraint equations are described as the mathematical programming formula.An example of solving and applying the model show the effectireness of the proposed method.
