环境激素苯在复杂系统内流动的控制与优化
Control and Optimization of Endocrine Disruptor Benzene Moving in Complex System
【摘要】 针对复杂系统和环境激素这两大科学研究领域的难点,应用数学和生态毒理学方法建立了重要的环境激素类物质苯在由各个器官组成的人体这一复杂系统内流动的多室模型,并利用控制学的理论与方法进行了模型的系统分析、稳定性分析和最优化研究。研究的结果表明,人体复杂系统内某些生理过程是可以进行定量描述的,经过控制分析得出的结果真实地反映了人体复杂系统的实际生理规律,具有重要的生物学意义;对所建立模型的系统优化与仿真为复杂系统的定量化研究及控制方法在复杂系统中的应用提供了重要的理论依据和方法。
【Abstract】 To the two challenging problems of complexity system and endcrine disruptor,the poly-chamber model of endocrine disruptor,Benzene,moving in the complexity system of human body is established.The system analysis,the stability analysis,and the optimization problem are discussed.The research results show that the poly-chamber model reflects the real physiological process of Benzene moving in the human body.The research methods and conclusions will offer the important theoritical bases for the quantitative study of complex systems and the application of cybernetics methods to complex systems.
