载重轮胎硫化过程的故障诊断
Fault Diagnosis of Sulfuration Procession in Heavy-duty Tire Production
【摘要】 硫化过程是载重轮胎生产工艺中非常重要的一步,硫化质量的好坏对轮胎的质量起举足轻重的作用。在实际生产过程中,高温蒸汽有可能损伤阀门,使阀门泄漏而产生故障。因此,建立载重轮胎硫化生产过程的故障诊断,以便能及时、正确地对异常状态和故障状态做出诊断和预防,提高设备运行的可靠性、安全性和有效性,把故障损失降低到最低水平。首先,对轮胎硫化生产过程进行了分析,利用橡胶轮胎硫化实时监控系统所采集到的相关数据,采用参数估计法建立了硫化过程的数学模型。在此模型的基础上设计状态观测器,比较无故障和有故障的残差信号以判断有无故障发生,从而实现了轮胎硫化生产过程的故障诊断。最后仿真结果表明,当轮胎硫化过程中出现故障时,该方法可以有效地实现对故障的诊断。
【Abstract】 The diagnosing problem of sulfuration procession in Heavy-duty tire production is discussed.It is necessary to establish fault diagnosis model of sulfuration procession in heavy-duty tire production,to diagnose and prevent the fault timely and correctly,furthermore improve the reliability,security and effectiveness of the equipment.The sulfuration procession is analyzed.The mathematic model of sulfuration procession is obtained by parameter estimation,utilizing the relevant data collected by rubber tire sulfuration real-time monitoring system.The state observer is designed based on the model.The errors of the system with faults and without any faults are compared.The fault diagnosis of the sulfuration procession is achieved.Simulation results show that the proposed method is effective when the tire sulfuration procession fault occurred.
