铝酸钠溶液组分浓度在线分析仪的研制

【摘要】 针对氧化铝生产过程中铝酸钠溶液组分浓度难以在线检测,无法实时指导生产过程的问题,结合铝酸钠溶液的物理化学性质,设计并开发了铝酸钠溶液组分浓度在线分析仪。提出了基于向上查表法的铝酸钠溶液组分浓度软测量模型,并采用PSO优化算法对表值进行计算与更新。所研制的在线分析仪成功应用于某氧化铝厂生产过程,现场应用结果表明在线分析仪运行稳定可靠且易于实施,所提出的铝酸钠溶液组分浓度软测量方法简单可行,取得了明显的应用效果。

【Abstract】 To to the problem that the component concentration of sodium aluminate solutions is hardly measured on line in alumina production,an analyzer is designed and developed based on the physicochemical properties of sodium aluminate solution.Besides,a soft-sensor modelling method which composed of look-up table method and PSO algorithm is also proposed.The measurement system proposed has been successfully applied to the production process of a alumina factory,and online measurement of component concentration is realized.The industry experiment results show the steady and reliable character of the proposed soft-sensor method,and the modelling method is simple and effective.
