磷酸镁水泥抗氯离子侵蚀性能研究

【摘要】 对由磷酸镁水泥(magnesia-phosphate cement,MPC)为胶结材料制备的砂浆长期浸泡在饱和氯化钠溶液和海水中(180 d)的氯离子渗透情况进行了研究.通过试验测试了沿试件表面至不同深度的氯离子分布浓度,分析了氯离子在MPC砂浆中的渗透情况和分布规律,并对其渗透性能进行了评价.结果表明:氯离子渗透深度x与渗透时间t之间的关系可以用幂函数x=atb(a>0,b>0)来描述;掺加粉煤灰的MPC砂浆其抗氯离子渗透性能比未掺粉煤灰的MPC砂浆好;氯离子渗透性能评价结果显示MPC砂浆的抗渗性能好于普通水泥砂浆.

【Abstract】 A mortar was prepared by MPC(magnesia-phosphate cement) and immersed in saturated NaCl solution and seawater for 196 d to investigate its chloride ion permeability.The chloride ion concentration from specimen surface to different depths was determined,and permeation depth and distribution rule of chloride ion in MPC mor-tar were analyzed.Finally chloride ion permeability was evaluated.The results show that the equation ofx=atb(a>0,b>0) can be used to describe the relationship between chloride ion permeation depthxand permeation time t,and the resistance to chloride ion permeability of the MPC mortar with fly ash added is better than that of the MPC mortar without fly ash added.The evaluation of chloride ion permeability reveals that the resistance to chlo-ride ion permeation of MPC mortar is better than that of ordinary cement mortar.
