【Abstract】 The waterfront design of city is the raising important way to elevate the urban quality, social environment and civilisation of city. The social space design of Zhengzhou Yinghe bay is a practise, which based on the culture background of city, and aiming to express the cultural orientation is the link for the arrangement of space and its function.
