基于RFID的汽车零配件追踪管理系统的设计
Design of Automotive Parts Tracking Management System Based on RFID
【摘要】 提出一种基于RFID技术的汽车零配件生产追踪管理系统的新方法;该方法为每一批汽车零配件配置电子标签,数据库管理系统记录了电子标签和产品的关联信息;整个系统由平行分布于工序设备岗位上的RFID智能数据采集终端、各个车间级前置机、业务台管理级计算机和上层数据服务器3层构成;该系统较好地实现了计划层和车间控制层的联接和实施;详细介绍了整个系统的构成方法、RFID终端硬件的设计及系统功能的实施。
【Abstract】 The new method of automotive parts production tracking management system based on RFID technology is proposed.It assigns the electronic tags to each batch automotive parts and the database management system records the information between the electronics and the product.The system is composed of RFID intelligent acquisition terminals which are distributed parallel to the equipment posts,business management computer and upper data server.It achieves a connectivity and implementation between plan layer and shop floor control layer.The paper describes the system composition,RFID terminal hardware design and system implementation in detail.
