基于DSSPI的航空复合材料无损检测技术研究
Nondestructive Testing Technique of Aerospace Composite Materials Based on DSSPI
【摘要】 复合材料在民用航空器结构上得到了广泛应用,但是复合材料与金属材料相比,受低能量冲击后会出现分层,产生肉眼看不到的损伤,极大地影响航空安全;如何快速准确地对其进行无损检测,并判断缺陷的位置大小是很有意义的;基于激光错位散斑干涉技术的航空复合材料无损检测技术方法,结合CCD剪切照相,并经过计算机进行数字图像处理来检测与识别航空复合材料的分层及损伤程度;为了验证技术的可行性,通过对预制损伤的蜂窝夹层复合材料标准试件进行了检测,很好地检测出了损伤位置及大小,因此技术是完全可行的,可以应用于复合材料的快速检测。
【Abstract】 Composite materials in civil aircraft structure has been widely used,but compared with metal materials,it will appear layered by low-energy shock,and result in the damage can not be seen by the naked eye,which will bring great impact on aviation safety.How to quickly and accurately carry out non-destructive testing,and determine the location and defect size is of great significance.This paper presents one nondestructive testing technique of aerospace composite based on shearography,which combines CCD shearing photography and computer digital image processing,and can detect and identify layer and injury of composite materials.In order to verify the feasibility of technical,we tested one pre-injury standard honeycomb sandwich composite,and detect the location and size of damage very well,so technology is entirely feasible and can be suitable for rapid detection of composite structures.
