【摘要】 目的探讨运用腔内泌尿外科技术治疗因结石梗阻引起肾积脓的应用和疗效。方法对输尿管结石梗阻性肾积脓患者行输尿管镜检查、气压弹道碎石、取石及留置双J管治疗。结果 38例患者,32例1次取净结石,2例仅放置双J管引流,病情稳定后再行碎石、取石术,6例术后1～2周后经体外震波碎石治愈。结论应用腔内泌尿外科技术治疗结石梗阻性肾积脓疗效好、创伤小、安全可靠,可作为该病的首选治疗方法 。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the applicability and the therapeutic effects of acute calculus obstructive pyonephrosis with uretropyeloscopy.Methods The patients of calculus obstructive pyonephrosis were treated using endoscopic manipulation such as ureteroscopy,pneumatic lithotripsy and double J catheter placing.Results In the 38 cases,the ureteral stones were cleared off at one section in 32 cases.Only two cases were drainaged with double-J tube.Tithotripsy and stone exdusion were used after the condition was stable and 6 cases were cured by ESWL after 1 week to 2weeks.Conclusion The treatment of acute calculus obstructive pyonephrosis with ureteropy eloscopy is safe,effective and less invasive,which can be a first choice.更多还原
