【摘要】 目的通过加强门急诊患者输液的安全管理,提高护理质量。方法分析了常见的不安全因素,对输液流程进行了优化再造,做好长期坚持培训,持续质量改进。结果总结出输液技术的一系列技巧,患者沟通技巧及护生带教技巧,保证了患者的用药安全,提高了患者的满意度。结论科学合理的管理,有利于提高门急诊输液的护理水平和安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the nursing quality by strengthening nursing supervision of outpatient and emergency intravenous infusion.Methods To investigate and analyze the common unsafe factors of intravenous infusion in outpatient and emergency patients,and to optimize the process of infusion therapy by keeping training for long term and persistently improving the quality.Results We summed up a series of intravenous infusion skill,communication skill with patients and teaching skill for nurse students.These strategies ensured the safety of the patient’s medication administration,while the safety of drug use was ensured and the patients satisfaction rate was increased.Conclusion The scientific and rational safety management could be helpful to raise the level of nursing care and keep the safety for outpatient and emergency intravenous infusion.更多还原
