【Abstract】 The traditional cultivating patterns of teachers’ professional development have over-emphasized educational theory and paid much attention to educational principle and knowledge, which are easily divorced from educational practice. The ecological perspective of teachers’professional development is more inclusive, systematic and realistic, which is an inevitable choice for teachers’professional development. We should construct ecological cultivating pattern in accordance with the law of teachers’professional development.
