【摘要】 目的探讨下肢浅静脉曲张的微创治疗方法。方法对136例下肢静脉曲张患者应用微创手术治疗的的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有病例均切口一期愈合,无局部复发,无严重并发症。结论微创手术治疗下肢静脉曲张是一种简便、易行的方法 ,具有疗效确切、创伤小、出血少、住院时间短,具有美容效果等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the therapy of minimally invasive surgery for superficial varicosis of lower limbs.Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the clinical data of 136 cases with superficial varicosis of lower limbs having received minimally invasive surgery.Results The incisions of all the cases were healed by first intention,no local reoccurrence and no severe complications occurred.Conclusions Minimally invasive surgery is simple and easy in treating superficial varicosis of lower limbs and it is of accurate effect,small wound,less bleeding,shorter duration of hospitalization and cosmetic effect.更多还原
