【Abstract】 The paper presents a hybrid algorithm which is combined by cooperative co-evolution and immune algorithm.It is used for optimizing parameter of RBF network and improving function of RBF network.The simulation results show that comparing with the traditional learning algorithm,the network approximation accuracy and generalization ability are better coordinated and harmonized.更多还原
