【摘要】 目的:评估住院医师心肺复苏基本技能,探求心肺复苏培训中的薄弱群体,为个性化的规范化培训提供依据。方法:分别比较内科、外科和医技系统住院医师、第一与第二阶段住院医师、外科系统和内科系统住院医师中学士、硕士、博士心肺复苏成绩;结果:内科、外科和医技系统住院医师、第一与第二阶段住院医师成绩有明显差异;内、外科系统的学士、硕士、博士的成绩无明显差异。结论:外科系统、医技系统和第二阶段住院医师需要加强心肺复苏培训。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the residents’ basic skills in cardiopulmonary resuscitation,to seek disadvantaged groups in cardiopulmonary resuscitation training,thus provide evidence for individual standard training.Methods: To separately contrast the cardiopulmonary resuscitation results of residents between internal medicine,surgery and medical technique system;between the first stage and the second stage as well as the residents who are bachelor,master or doctor in surgery and internal medicine system.Results: There are significant differences in resident’s results between internal medicine,surgery and medical technique system;between the first stage and the second stage,but no differences in the results of the residents those are bachelors,master and doctor.Conclusion: Residents in surgery,medical technique system and in the second stage need to strengthen cardiopulmonary resuscitation training.更多还原
