【摘要】 "师范生实习支教,置换教师培训"是农村中小学教师培训的新模式。它能切实解决农村英语教师队伍数量不足、质量不高这一长期制约农村基础教育发展的根本问题。嘉应学院和梅州市教育局联合实施的"实习支教,置换培训"模式,在取得一定成绩和发现存在问题的基础上,对培训对象和时间、培训内容与形式、培训指导教师队伍的构成、培训的组织领导等进行了分析,并提出了相关思考与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Teachers’ Replacement Training by Teaching-practising Students is a new model of the teachers’ training in rural primary and middle schools.It can effectively solve the problems that the quantity of English teachers is not enough and their teaching ability is not good in the rural primary and middle schools in Meizhou,which restrict the development of the rural basic education for a long time.Based on the experiences and problems we have met during the process that the model of Teachers’ Replacement Training by Teaching-practising Students is carried out by both Jiaying University and Meizhou Education Bureau in 2009,we analyse trained teachers and time,training contents and form,guiding teacher group and training arrangement,and put forward some related considerations and suggestions.更多还原
