具有长疏水链基型水性环氧固化剂的乳化性质及其涂膜的热学性能
The Emulsifying Properties of Waterborne Epoxy Curing Agent and The Thermal Properties of The Film
【摘要】 为解决离子型水性环氧固化剂制备的环氧涂料易腐蚀,且不稳定的问题,合成一种新的具有表面活性剂结构的非离子型自乳化水性环氧固化剂,同时具有固化和乳化环氧树脂的功能,且制备成本低、工艺简单、自乳化效果好。研究了该固化剂的自乳化效果和所制备的水性环氧树脂乳液的性质。通过测量固化剂及所制备的水性环氧树脂乳液在水中粘度的变化,分析了该固化剂的自乳化和乳化环氧树脂的行为;用N5型纳米粒度分析仪分析了水性环氧树脂乳液的乳液颗粒大小;用TEM观察了其形貌;通过NDJ型粘度计研究了不同条件下固化剂以及涂料粘度的变化情况,并以此探讨固化剂在水中乳化环氧树脂的过程和机理;用TG考察了该固化剂制备的水性环氧涂料的热学性能。
【Abstract】 A novel nonionic self-emulsifying waterborne epoxy resin curing agent was synthesized to overcome the problems of corrosion and instability of the waterborne epoxy coating made by nonionic-type epoxy curing agent.This kind of curing agent has several advantages,such as low cost,simple process and excellent emulsifying effectiveness.In this paper,the size of latex particles were analyzed by nanometer particle size analyzer,and the morphology of the particles was observed by TEM.The change of viscosity of the epoxy curing agent and epoxy coating at different conditions was examined by viscometer.The thermal properties of the paint film were investigated by TGA.
