干式不饱和聚酯模塑料中填料水分控制的研究

【摘要】 为节能减耗、降低生产成本对填料水分含量的最高控制点进行了研究。配制不同含水量的碳酸钙(CaCO3)作填料制备出一系列的干式不饱和聚酯模塑料,并对塑料多项性能进行测试,结果表明干式不饱和聚酯模塑料中填料水分含量的最高控制点为0.9%,水分含量不高于该控制点的填料就可以直接投入生产而不必烘焙,对塑料制件表观和机电性能无不良影响,对降低生产成本有重要意义。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces that the filling baked must consume a great deal energy sources while producing dry unsaturated polyester molding compound.To economize energy and debase production cost,the control of the moisture content of filling was studied in this paper.With confected CaCO3 with different moisture content as filling,a series of dry unsaturated polyester molding compound were prepared.All of the properties of the plastics were tested.The results indicate that the reference point of moisture content of filling in dry unsaturated polyester molding compound was 0.9%,if the moisture content of filling without above 0.9%,the filling needn,t be baked,which hasn’t bad effects on appearance of plastic produce,mechanical and electric properties.
