【摘要】 目的社区健康咨询服务点工作是上海市健康城市建设的重要内容,了解社区居民健康行为咨询点现况,以进一步规范咨询点工作,为居民提供健康咨询服务。方法采用查阅资料及问卷调查方法,对全区所有咨询点的硬件、软件配备现况、工作开展现况和规范程度及居民对其工作开展的满意度进行综合评估。结果闸北区现有街道9个,有社区健康咨询服务点183家,有咨询人员380人左右,专用办公房屋占总数的39.89%。2009年咨询员接受专业培训的比率70.49%,咨询员态度热情认真率96.17%。结论办公硬件有待提高,人员配备基本素质达到要求,咨询点的数量和设置较为合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To learn the status of community health counseling spots in Zhabei District of Shanghai in order to provide better health counseling services to community residents.Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out on the situation of hardware and software equipment,the work status and the residents’ satisfaction of all the counseling spots in Zhabei District.Results About 39.89% of the counseling spots had private offices.70.49% of the consultants had been professionally trained in 2009.The rate of the consultants with warm and careful attitude was 96.17%.Conclusion The office hardware of the counseling spots needs to be improved.The basic quality of the consultants meets the requirements.The arrangement and the amount of the counseling spots are reasonable.更多还原
