机械-液压约束活塞发动机多学科协同优化框架实现
Implementation of Multidisciplinary Collaborative Optimization Frame of Mechanical-Hydraulic Confined Piston Engine
【摘要】 对机械-液压约束活塞发动机多学科协同优化设计框架的原理和要求进行了论述,介绍了框架的实现方法。通过对机械-液压约束活塞发动机曲轴的协同优化,进行了框架测试,使曲轴的质量减少了20%,设计效率明显提高。
【Abstract】 Multidisciplinary collaborative optimization is the important method for frame design of Mechanical-Hydraulic Confined Piston Engine(MHCPE).It introduces the theory and request of MHCPE multidisciplinary collaborative optimization design,describes the implement process of framework.Accordind to the collaborative design for MHCPE’s main locomotor system,it makes the test for the system frame.The result shows that it descreases the 20% weight of crankshaft and improves obvirosly the efficiency of design.
