【摘要】 我国先后成立了15个地方科学院,从1985年开始经过了三个阶段的改革与发展过程,在发展定位、管理架构、组织结构、财务管理、人力资源管理、研发策略和技术服务7个方面形成了相似的管理与运作模式;在新时期,网络化发展、建立国家工程技术中心、高层次人才队伍建设、省内科技资源整合、地方院间的联合成为地方科学院发展的新动向。更多还原

【Abstract】 China have set up 15 regional academy of science.Undergoing three stage of reforms,these organizations have formed similarity management and operation model in strategic orientation,management frame,organizational structure,finance,HRM,research strategy and technology service.In the new era,networking development,setting up China national engineering research center,conglomerating Senior human resources,integrating research resource in the province and building alliance of regional academy of science have been the new direction of regional academy of science.更多还原
