高精度温度标定仪
High Precision-standard Temperature Regulator
【摘要】 介绍了一种基于ARM7LPC21XX微控制器系列的高精度温度标定仪,它以仪器内的气体温度为被控对象,使之成为其它温度测试仪的温度参数校准标准;该设备以铂热电阻P_t100为温度传感器,用电阻炉丝作为加热源,并针对设备的非线形误差从硬件和软件两方面进行修正和补偿,使之产生的标准温度的测量精度在0℃~200℃内可达到±0.1℃,控制精度可达±0.5℃。
【Abstract】 The paper presents a high precision -standard temperature regulator based on a series of microcontroller ARM7LPC21XX,and the air temperature within the regulator is the control object.So the temperature regulator is regarded as criterion of temperature calibration for instrument of temperature - measure; It is the source of heat to make use of resistance furnace and the P_t100 is the temperature sensor.Because of nonlinear error of the system we can apply the software and hardware to amend and compensate for it, consequendy the precise of generant temperature and control that ranged from 0℃to 200℃come up to±0.1℃and±0.5℃ respectively.
