异步电机试验系统分析与数据处理方法
Analysis of Pilot System for Asynchronous Motor and Data Processing for Test Result
【摘要】 为使异步电机的性能检测更加科学合理,准确得到电机的性能参数和特性曲线,全面分析了直接负载法、能量回馈负载法、能量互馈法等各类异步电机试验系统的特点,详细阐述了空载实验、堵转实验和负载实验等实验方法的理论依据和数据处理过程,并在此基础上结合最小二乘法原理,提出了采用逐段迭代法进行异步电机特性曲线拟合的方法。
【Abstract】 In order to be more scientific and rational in asynchronous motor performance test and obtain precise performance parameter and curve,general analysis has been made through direct load method,energy feedback method,energy corssfeed method etc.Theory evidence and data processing of no load test,locked rotor test and load test etc.have been detailed elaborated.On that basis,combined with least square method,piecewise iteration method has been brought forward to fit asynchronous motor performance curve.
